Employing its brand of service, Kalinga ni Teresa, the project's focus will be on the health, nutrition, and education of the Pugtac daycare children whose ages range from 0-59 months old. Included in the target beneficiaries are the children’s families and all eight (8) daycare workers of Burgos who will receive training on early childhood teaching and learning.  

As an active member of the  Angat Buhay Volunteer Network, Tanglaw ni Teresa has partnered with the Angat Buhay Foundation in several projects, including the curation of learning resources for the CDCs and conducting a seminar-workshop for the CDWs of Naga City.
